Objective
The goal of the project is to create a wooded area through a series of interventions, including the restoration of tree rows along the pedestrian path and the establishment of two hedgerows along the northern and north-eastern boundaries.
Rho – Passirana district
The green area on Via La Malfa is located in the district of Passirana, in the northern part of the municipal territory. It is a pedestrian and cycling connection area within the urban fabric. The central portion of the area is free from buildings and vegetation, while some trees are present along the eastern and southern borders.
The project involves a series of interventions, including the restoration of tree rows along the pedestrian path with the addition of new lime trees and specimens of Crataegus monogyna; the planting of a Paulownia tomentosa in the north-eastern corner of the area; the creation of two hedgerows along the northern and north-eastern boundaries to form a green separation from built structures; and the establishment of a wooded area in the lawn portion located south of the pedestrian path.
