Objective
The increase in tree cover in the area between the Mediolanum district and the Strada Padana Superiore protects the new pedestrian and cycling path and enhances the area’s green infrastructure.
Vimodrone
The area identified in agreement with Vimodrone is located south of the city, along the Strada Padana Superiore, which is gradually becoming an urban thoroughfare. The area borders with the Casati-Loreto canal to the north, a pedestrian path to the east, private property to the south, and the Idroscalo B canal to the west. The project involved the creation of a new woodland area with both naturalistic and recreational value.
